Because of the LORD’s great Love we are not consumed, for His Compassion never fail. They are new every morning; great is your Faithfulness.
Lamentations 3:22-23 (NIV)
Every morning is a quiet miracle of Grace—you woke to find God’s Mercies waiting for you again.
His Faithfulness doesn’t waver with your circumstances, fluctuate with your feelings, or diminish when you doubt.
This is not a fairweather friendship or a conditional contract. It’s the bedrock reality of Who God is, rooted in His Unchanging Character.
Consider the rhythm of creation itself: the sun rises, the seasons turn, the tides ebb and flow. These patterns reveal a Faithful Creator who Sustains all things by His Sovereignty. If He numbers the hairs on your head and notices when a sparrow falls, how much more does He remain attentive to the deeper needs of your soul?
When anxiety threatens to overwhelm you, His Faithfulness stands firm.
When disappointment clouds your vision, His Promises remain true.
When you’ve wandered far, His Love pursues you still. This is the Gospel Promise: Christ has secured God’s Covenant through His Finished Work on the Cross, and nothing can separate you from this Love.” (Romans 8:39)
True gratitude isn’t just thanking God for what He gives; it’s marveling at Who He is—Faithful, even when we are not.
Today, let thanksgiving rise in your heart not because everything is perfect, but because the One Who holds all things together (Colossians 1:17) is Perfect in His Faithfulness. His Unchanging Character becomes the anchor that keeps us secure when life’s storms rage.
This is what it means to live “great-full”—a life overflowing with gratitude for the Greatness of God’s Faithful Love.
